Director of Operations

Having served in the dental field for over 20 years, Jennifer has worked closely with Dr. Crouch for the last several of them. Jennifer has a gift for making everyone feel at home, whether they are new or returning patients, and understanding that we will do all we can to help them. Sharing her knowledge and experience, Jennifer has spoken at the Oral Implant Symposium on how genetics and bacteria are linked to gum disease.

Jennifer’s 19 year old son, whom she considers her pride and joy, attends college at Texas State. At home, she enjoys yoga, being an inspiration to others, and spending time with family and her Shih-Tzu, Dalia (who is jet-black, and therefore more-aptly named “Black Dalia”).

Jennifer’s favorite quote is…“You are smart, you are kind, and you are important.”

Director of Hygiene

Talitha has worked with Dr. Crouch and Jennifer Pearce for several years, and is specially certified in oral DNA-saliva testing (she admits that she is fascinated to see how bacteria levels are linked to patients’ overall health!) Her goal is to make each patient feel at ease and comfortable while they are in the dentist’s chair, and she loves the challenge of meeting each patient’s individual needs. Talitha is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association (ADHA) and the American Dental Implant Association (ADIA).

Outside of the office, Talitha spends most of her time with her husband, Jeremy, their two beautiful, strong-willed and energetic daughters, Ella and Jenna, and their adorable 5-pound Yorkshire terrier. Her hobbies include Yoga, reading, and painting.

Talitha’s favorite quote is......"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your path-Proverbs 3:5-6

A graduate of Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry, Rebekah joined the Summit Dental team in 2015. Being attracted to the dental hygiene field at a young age, Rebekah is passionate about creating a comfortable and welcoming enviroment for patients. Her goal is to educate and work with patients to help them achieve optimal oral and overall health, and a smile they are proud of. This, she states, is the most rewarding aspect of her career. Rebekah is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Associate (ADHA).

In her spare time, Rebekah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and staying active with pilates and jogging.

Rebekah’s favorite quote is….. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” -Jeremiah 29:11
